Concept
The core idea was to create an instantly relatable health message through a believable, best-friend-like character, bypassing the sterile tone often found in medical advertising. Sol invites the viewer into a sun-lit, lilac-accented modern office, speaking directly to the camera in a warm, unhurried tone. By combining casual YouTube-style framing with medically accurate yet jargon-free dialogue, the piece humanizes preventative healthcare and encourages proactive well-being.

Process
The process began with crafting Sol’s detailed character profile, wardrobe, and emotional tone to establish trust and relatability. Visual moodboards and environmental concepts were generated in Midjourney, which informed scene composition and color palette. Veo 3 was used to render Sol’s performance with realistic facial expressions, body language, and natural lighting effects. The dialogue script was recorded using ElevenLabs to achieve nuanced vocal inflection, aligning perfectly with Sol’s on-screen delivery. Early renders were iterated for lip-sync accuracy, warmth of tone, and environmental balance between professional and personal. Final compositing unified the visuals and audio into a seamless, immersive short-form video designed for social platforms and targeted health-tech campaigns.
